CHILDREN'S EYE TESTS
At Mullins & Henry, we welcome families and children of all ages. Children can have an eye test from a young age; they don't need to be able to read or speak for us to be able to carry out an eye examination.
Children are less likely to notice eye problems than adults, which is why it is recommended for them to have regular eye tests to check their vision and the health of their eyes. Some eye conditions can affect their learning and development, which it's why it's good to spot problems early before they become an issue.
Our eye tests are as thorough for kids as for adults, but their format and style will be different to make sure they are as relaxing and as fun as possible. You can stay with your child throughout to keep them calm and we will explain our findings fully and allow you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
